Red Leicester cheese is actually orange!
In the original Wizard Of Oz, Judy Garland's shoes were made of Red Leicester. However, these were later replaced by red satin shoes as the cheese fell apart. That, and the fact the Tin Man developed a cheese addiction and had to go into rehab.
